**About the role**

**Key responsibilities**

1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, project managers, and technical specialists.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

2. Cybersecurity & Fraud Prevention Expertise
- Ensure solutions are configured to meet evolving threats, including fraud schemes, transaction anomalies, and cyber-attacks.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in fraud detection and cybersecurity, including the use of AI and ML in adaptive risk scoring.

3. Customer Engagement & Project Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex global software deployment projects, ensuring alignment with customer goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with customers to design tailored fraud detection solutions, leveraging advanced machine learning models and real-time analytics.
- Act as a senior escalation point for resolving customer issues and project challenges.

4. Operational Excellence
- Develop and implement scalable processes, tools, and methodologies for global software deployments.
- Monitor KPIs related to project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in cybersecurity and financial services.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless integrations of INETCO’s fraud solutions.
- Provide strategic support during pre-sales engagements, including RFP responses and customer presentations.
- Partner with customers to drive adoption of advanced features, including machine learning-based fraud analytics and API integrations

6. Strategic Contributions
- Contribute to the evolution of INETCO’s Professional Services offerings by incorporating advanced technologies, such as AI/ML models for fraud detection.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and generate additional revenue through expanded services and consulting engagements.
- Support product development by providing feedback from deployment projects to improve features and usability.

**Minimum requirements**:
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in professional services, cybersecurity, or project management, preferably within the financial services or fraud detection industry.
- Strong knowledge of fraud prevention strategies, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning models for fraud detection, anomaly detection, or risk scoring is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing complex, global technology deployment projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel internationally to support global projects and customer engagements.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with real-time transaction monitoring and fraud case management solutions.
- Experience with API integrations and the use of data analytics tools in fraud detection workflows.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and AML compliance frameworks.

**Wage**:$150,000 per year. Eligible for Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
