White Point Golf Club is a historic 9-hole oceanside course on Nova Scotia’s South Shore, originally designed by Donald Ross. Our club is known for its welcoming community, scenic beauty, and commitment to providing a memorable golf experience for members and guests alike.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily pro shop operations and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee retail sales, inventory management, and merchandising
- Coordinate tee times, tournaments, and member bookings
- Supervise and schedule seasonal staff
- Ensure smooth operation of POS and booking systems (Lightspeed experience an asset)
- Support the overall golfer experience through professional and positive engagement

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or golf operations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and point-of-sale systems
- Passion for golf and hospitality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
