Your Role

**Day to Day**:

- Work collaboratively with the ERP Project Team to define business requirements, review initial process and program designs; and support system implementation with a focus on configuration, testing and deployment
- Build end to end transaction process, integrations mapping and procedures to understand the flow of integrations from one system to the other to assist in being able to review and resolve issues
- On going system administration such as user administration and configuration of the system to meet business needs
- Coordinating and executing tests when systems change, both the system itself when upgrades and patches are performed, and changes to integrations to the financial system
- Managing on going upgrades, patches and requested changes to the system by working with the vendor and creating process documentation to support training and troubleshooting
- Provide on-going support on finance based system
- Ensure data integrity across integration processes
- Perform ad hoc accounting duties as required

**Required Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field (i.e., AgriBusiness, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Accounting Information Systems) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep functional knowledge in Finance (A/R, A/P, Invoicing, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash, Bank Recs and Budgeting)
- Customer service experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- CPA certification
- Experience within agriculture/feed manufacturing
- Experience with Jet Reports
