Windows Server Administrator

Our client has an urgent requirement for a **Server Administrator - Intermediate**
- Responsible for proactively maintain and improve the server core infrastructure functionality and to work within existing procedures and guidelines to meet client business requirements.
- perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution.
- Perform hardware and OS installations, migrations and/or upgrades.
- Plan for software and hardware upgrades and/or migrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation.
- Maintain operating systems and associated infrastructure software.
- develop system related procedures.
- provide cross training and knowledge transfer to other server team members on relevant aspects of hardware and software support.

**Requirements**:

- University graduation in computer science or a related discipline and 2-yr User Account Administration (UAA) experience;
- Experience using Windows 2016 Active Directory to manage all objects for a large-scale environment (over 5000 users).
- Experience using Microsoft Exchange Administrator and/or administering objects in 0365 to manage
- Experience with a problem tracking software and process workflow such as, BMC Remedy AR
- Previous experience in a role which required a strong understanding of New Technology File System Permissions and best practices.
