**WATCH & JEWELLERY SERVICE - LONDON DRUGS SOUTHGATE**

**PART-TIME POSITION AVAILABLE**

Fixed Shifts:
SUNDAY & MONDAY & ALL MAJOR STAT HOLIDAYS - 10am-5pm

As a Retail Sales & Service Advisor for our watch & jewellery service center in London Drugs, your duties include:

- watch battery installation,
- strap & band installation and adjustments
- minor on-site repairs
- assess customer needs and offer appropriate service advice
- encourage sales in a manner which ensures quality and effective customer service
- use your knowledge to promote and recommend products and services in relation to the customers specific requirements
- prepare work orders and complete daily/weekly sales paperwork
- maintain inventory
- treat retail guests to exceptional customer service
- work well within a team environment

- **Qualifications**:_
- 2+ years' experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or service environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in watch and or jewellery repair would be an asset but is not required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
