Abbotsford, Canada Cityscape Plants Ltd. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the production and care of plants on the nursery (e.g. potting, weeding, trimming, moving)
- Assist with preparing plants for shipment (e.g. selecting plants out of the batch, weeding, labelling)
- Drive a 1-ton box truck to pick up and load plants from other nurseries
- Assist with building pallets/crates to ship plants in
- General nursery labor work (e.g. helping with small repairs, tidying up)
- Learning to operate farm equipment when necessary (e.g. small tractor pulling trailers of plants, large tractor lifting pallets)

**Requirements**:

- Valid BC Driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to listen to and implement verbal instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs daily; occasionally drag trees up to 80lbs

Note: This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $17.65-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
