**Job description**

- Lawn maintenance specialist
- Landscape and Design contractor

**Tasks**
- To provide leadership and guidance to employees on site, read blueprints, operate heavy machinery and provide skills to lead a crew with mínimal supervision.
- Duties on site may include and are not limited to:

- Load and wheel barrow debris from site
- Physical tasks may include: lifting, shovelling, raking, digging, demolition, tree harvesting, bending and twisting, installing and removing brick, laying sod, tilling and more.
- Must possess eligible drivers license. Will train to operate tools and equipment.
- Sign in and follow digital time card on company CRM software.
- Be able to follow instruction, possess the will to learn and ask questions. Must be reliable and respectful to others.
