We are looking for a lead hand to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for, mentoring newer employees, and guiding seasoned ones all with an eye for production efficiency and safety.

**What you must have to be successful in this role**:

- Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Possesses a mechanical background.
- Welding Skills.
- Is able to manage and motivate staff.
- Possesses solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates awareness of all health and safety protocols.
- Manages time efficiently.
- Is able to multi-task effectively.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Some CAD knowledge/ Experience.
- CNC plasma Experience.
- Possesses basic computer skills.
- Is able to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Is capable of translating industry terminology into straightforward terms for explanatory purposes.
- Is qualified to operate heavy machinery.
- 310 T or equivalent experience.

**Also required is**:

- Valid Drivers Licence.
- Shop experience.
