**Job Overview**
We are looking for a passionate and supportive Job Coach to work with youth facing employment barriers, including those with disabilities (visible and invisible), and those recovering from substance use. You’ll empower clients to succeed through coaching, job training, and employment opportunities networking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Job Coaching, Program and Career Development skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Coaching abilities.
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local job market and resources is an asset.
- Relevant certifications or a diploma in Social Work in a related field are preferred.
- Provide on-site job coaching and soft skills development.
- Support workplace inclusion by advising employers and coordinating accommodations.
- Collaborate with addiction counsellors, settlement workers, and youth service teams.
- Track client progress, job placements, and retention outcomes

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Social Work, Human Services, Education, or related field with relevant certifications.

Experience with youth development, life coaching, disability services, refugees, or addiction recovery will be considered a great asset.

Strong communication, empathy, and motivational skills

Trauma-informed and culturally competent approach

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (asset).

Vulnerable Sector background checks.

Good experience with youth, employment services, disability, or addiction recovery.
