These are the things you’ll need to kick ass in this role:

- A degree or diploma in marketing or a related field and at least two (2) years of experience in the field.
- A desire to come into the office. We love to work from home in our pjs too but at least twice a week we like to see each other’s faces IRL. We do work virtually A LOT so knowing how to collaborate and stay connected is a key skill.
- Social media knowledge, following best practices, and a proven track record of crafting successful social media strategies are a must.
- Experience in community moderation, content development, writing engaging captions, following trends, and engagement tactics.
- Must have video and photo editing experience, and knowledge of various social media management software.
- Superb writing skills for marketing and advertising materials.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Resourceful is your middle name.

**What you’ll be doing**

We have a ton of fun projects on the go and you will be helping with:

- Creating and implementing marketing plans
- Social media planning and content creation
- Managing and monitoring social channels
- Developing website and newsletter content
- Collecting and analyzing data
