Spa Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Development**: Recruit, train, and help manage staff, ensuring performance evaluations are conducted regularly to maintain a high standard of service.
- **Human Resources**: Manage employee records, including employment contracts, onboarding, attendance, holiday and sick leave, and incident reports.
- **Guest Communication**: Oversee guest communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any guest concerns or complaints.
- **Booking Management**: Coordinate guest bookings using spa management software, optimizing the booking system to meet service sales targets and minimize scheduling gaps.
- **Retail & Inventory Management**: Manage retail inventory and provide regular product education to staff. Implement retail strategies aimed at increasing revenue and profitability.
- **Team Culture & Training**: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring consistent treatment delivery according to spa procedures. Provide ongoing training and updates as needed.
- **Manager on Duty**: Act as the Manager on duty during the Spa Director’s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail management, hospitality leadership, or a customer service-oriented role.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on system and checklist management.
- Attention to detail is essential for ensuring accuracy in daily operations, staff coordination, and client experience.
- Clear, organized communication skills to ensure everyone is on the same page and aligned with team goals.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to stay self-motivated and work efficiently.
- Passion for the wellness industry and a commitment to creating an exceptional guest experience.
- Experience in massage or beauty therapy is beneficial but not required.
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and secured housing in Whistler _**(staff accommodation is not provided).**_

**Compensation Package**:

- Base salary: $24 - $26 Per Hour / 40 Hours Week
- Plus Additional KPI-based commissions
- Plus Gratuities
- Plus End-of-contract bonuses

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
