**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations and manage a team of workers to ensure efficient workflow. small crew
- Collaborate with project managers to build project plans and schedules.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide work processes. Expected in future - will train what is required
- Assist in construction estimating by providing input on labor, materials, and timelines. expected In future - we will train the right person
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in quality control practices and procedures.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
