**Onsite - Monday to Friday**

**Dayshifts: 7:30 AM - 4PM**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies to management.
- **Shipping Coordination**: Prepare shipping documentation, schedule pickups with carriers, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing, and handle returns and exchanges as needed.
- **Warehouse Organization**: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve any order issues or customer inquiries related to fulfillment and shipping.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to streamline operations and improve processes.

**Job Specifications**:

- College diploma or above
- Must have +2 years of experience in a relevant role
- MUST BE Proficient in MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
- EDI experience
- Proactive and well organized with good analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and efficient.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- On-site only

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
