**Part Time Sales Associate - Silveri Jewellers**

**Who We Are**:
Silveri Jewellers is a family owned jewellery store in Guelph, ON. We have been serving Guelph and the surrounding areas for 21 years. With one half of our owners being a master goldsmith, we are able to service jewellery repair and custom needs while also being experts in trending and timeless jewellery, ranging from sterling silver to Canadian and lab grown diamond jewellery.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Responsibilities Include**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests; giving them a professional and welcoming experience.
- Build a loyal and highly satisfied customer base through positive engagement, uncover the needs of guests, make product recommendations and capture any guest information to ensure continued engagement and loyalty to Silveri Jewellers.
- Staying up to date on product knowledge.
- Achieving monthly sales goals and KPI’s.
- General store up-keep (light organization and cleaning)
- Various other duties may be assigned.
- **Light administrative work**:

- Writing and addressing personalized thank-you cards to selected guests.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years sales/retail experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to work weekdays and weekends.
- Comfortable working online data management system/POS.

**Assets**:

- Experience selling luxury goods.
- Knowledge of fine jewellery.
