In order to support the growth of the company, Digreen Homes Inc. | Digram Developments Inc. is in the hiring process to expand its current team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and monitor objectives for the financial department
- Allocate company funds accordingly to ensure each department can function at an optimal pace
- Determine realistic goals and establish financial controls to maintain maximum productivity
- Manage and oversee all financial affairs for the organization
- Cash flow management, investment managements including funds and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IIROC policies and procedures
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent professional certification
- 15+ years progressive financial leadership experience with proven track record of success leading teams within the finance and accounting departments
- Proven experience reading complex financial reports and communicating them to stakeholders in easy-to-understand terms
- Experience in the land development and/or new home construction sector
- Exceptional ability to monitor, allocate, and control finances on a large scale
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to present financial analysis and projections to company stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving attitude and abilities
