Production Supervisor

**Kaytec**, a renowned manufacturer and distributor of building materials in Canada, is currently seeking a **Production Supervisor** for its Cowansville plant.

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Supervisor will manage a team of 8 people and plan production activities.

**Schedule**: Continental - 3-2-2-3 - 1 weekend out of 2
**Shifts**: 12 hours monthly rotation - Day / Night

**Duties**:

- Ensure compliance with our high quality standards
- Ensure the management of the production team in place for the shift
- Ensure the smooth running of operations on the production lines
- Verify and submit production reports
- Inform managers of production progress
- Report all non-conforming situations and discuss measures to be taken
- Ensure good management of discipline and work relations
- Provide technical support when required
- Collaborate with the quality and maintenance departments

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in personnel management
- 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in managing unionized personnel - An asset
- Knowledge of extrusion - An asset
- Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards
- Bilingual - French and English
