Knight Signs is one of the leading firms specializing in architectural signage for commercial and public spaces across Canada. We are looking to grow our Installation team.
- **Safety**
- Follow site’s specific safety policies and procedures
- Follow safety systems within the building, such as wearing safety glasses in the plant and ensure safe operations of all equipment are used
- Report potentially unsafe conditions
- **Sign Installer Responsibilities**
- Assemble and install signs and structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
- Prepare detailed site surveys in support of sales and design specifications
- Perform Quality Control
- Professional representation of Knight Signs at the client sites providing excellent customer service always

**Competencies and Skills**
- Knowledge of signage industry is an asset
- Proven innovative problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking with very good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Takes initiative, strong work ethic, can execute, and gets things done
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to read and understand basic shop drawings and artwork

**Training**

The following certifications are an Asset:

- Crane Safety Certification
- OFA Level 1
- Fall Arrest Certification
- Lift Certification
- WHMIS Certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
