Sales Associate

**Duties**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing recommendations and answering questions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in technical sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to ensure productivity and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture

We offer competitive compensation, including hourly pay plus commission. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role as a Sales Associate.
