Lead Project Management Specialist

**Job Description Summary**: As related customer equipment, faciliaties or infrastructure projects: responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Quality & Lean
- Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and Processes at GSI level and Project Controls Function
- Report or resolve any non-conformances and process in a timely manner
- Identify areas of opportunity for standardization / optimization and where possible participate in a Kaizen or similar lean event to implement any identified improvements

EHS
- Demonstrate commitment to safety through participation in formal and informal discussions
- Adhere to all safe working procedures in accordance with instructions
- Ensure safety work instructions are complied
- Participate in the resolution of safety issues.
- Initiate actions to improve health and safety where needed

En tant qu'équipement client, installations ou projets d'infrastructure associés : responsable de la livraison du projet, de la responsabilité des profits et pertes et de la satisfaction du client grâce à la gestion des activités et des ressources liées au projet. Impacte les opérations du département et responsable de la planification/exécution. Le rôle dispose d'une certaine autonomie mais est axé sur l'exécution d'activités au sein d'une discipline opérationnelle couverte par des pratiques et procédures fonctionnelles standard. Un certain jugement peut être nécessaire, mais cela se fait généralement avec des conseils.

Qualité et allégeance
- Se conformer aux procédures qualité, aux instructions de travail et aux processus au niveau GSI et à la fonction de contrôle du projet.
- Signaler ou résoudre toute non-conformité et tout processus en temps opportun
- Identifier les domaines d'opportunité de normalisation/optimisation et, si possible, participer à un Kaizen ou à un événement Lean similaire pour mettre en œuvre les améliorations identifiées.

- Démontrer un engagement envers la sécurité en participant à des discussions formelles et informelles.

- Builds tender integrated schedules and cost estimates
- Build project schedule and project budgeting in cost and schedule tools
- Ensures compliance to the Global Standard process for Project Controls
- Support PM to align project budgets to as sold in appropriate systems
