Our Cornwall, ON location is currently recruiting for a full-time Dispatcher. Dispatchers work closely with our Delivery Drivers and Shuttle Operators to coordinate all outgoing deliveries.

As a member of our team the Dispatcher will organize, schedule and expedite deliveries of all outgoing parts, and will also:

- Ensure accurate delivery of all invoices and pick-ups
- Satisfy customer concerns and/or queries with respect to deliveries
- Assist with scheduling and planning for staffing availability and coverage
- Prepare product orders for delivery/shipment
- (_In the event of driver shortage_) Execute local deliveries as required
- Assist in preparing outgoing shipments for Purolator in addition to other stores
- Other duties as required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Confidence and aptitude to work unsupervised and independently
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Excellent knowledge of regional geographic area
- Superior time-management skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid Class G driver’s permit
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories (an asset)
- Knowledge of tools and equipment (an asset)
