Bluewater Youth & Adult Services is a 4 bed, long term, group care residence for behavioural and/or developmental youth with complex special needs, typically aged 11 - 17 years.
We are currently expanding our program, and looking to grow our team
We are looking for both part time and full time employees.
Youth care workers are expected to provide basic daily care and supervision to youth, including health and safety, behaviour management, individualized programming and community safety/involvement. Youth care workers are expected to work co-operatively with a team, utilizing therapeutic relationships and approaches
**Requirements/Work Experience**: Post-Secondary Education or related human services. Valid First Aid/CPR. Valid G Class Driver's License. CPIC including vulnerable sector screening. Experience working with youth would be an asset.
