**Role Summary**

The Territory Manager will be responsible for working closely both internally and externally with Owners, Managers and Sales Teams at our agent locations in AB, Prairies, MB, SK, with the goal of improving relationships, consumer experience, brand presence and revenue within those accounts.

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting business reviews with owners, store managers and RSP’s of each agent location
- Ensuring that all displays are clean and fully complete
- Ensuring that all RSP’s receive training on products and Miele processes
- Ensuring that all store staff has access to Miele promotional details at all times
- Effectively triage situations and escalations from the trade
- Onboarding new salespeople onto the Miele MCA System
- The TM will be asked to work at peak retail times - including evenings and weekends as required
- Providing effective ad hoc sales and product training to individuals and groups on an ongoing basis
- Identify opportunities at every level to maximize sales turnover and each account

**Requirements**:

- University degree in the related business field would be an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role - field sales experience would be an asset.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
- Flexibility to working peak retail hours will be expected
