The Pearle Hotel & Spa is currently looking for Nail Technicians to join our team.

And as a Nail Technician at The Spa at The Pearle Hotel, you have an integral part in bringing your guests journey to wellness and relaxation, to fruition.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing a high standard of esthetic services to clients with attention to quality, detail and service, including but not limited to manicures and pedicures.
- Perform each service to our standards and protocols.
- Inform clients about the benefits of our skin care line; achieve retail sales targets.
- Be an expert in your craft by providing outstanding services and experiences to clients.
- Shifts - Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including evenings, weekend, and holidays.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required.

**Qualifications**
- Nail technician certificate
- Must hold an esthetics diploma and be certified in waxing, manicures, pedicures, and facial services.

**Experience**
- Has at least 3 years experience as a nail technician
- Previous experience working in a spa environment
- Experience in Shellac
- Experience in nail art and design

**Skills**
- Exemplary customer service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations.
- Must be reliable, dependable, and self-motivated to excel.
- Has a positive working attitude.
- Basic computer skills, and /or experience with working with Book4Time software.
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions.
- Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
