Our client is an evergreen holding company that acquires and
operates software companies with significant growth potential in various
vertical markets, enabling them to become leaders in their niches. The group
owns several software companies in the Human Resources, Fleet Telematics, Asset
Management, E-Health and Document Management segments, among others. It has the
support of advisors and investors with extensive experience in large-scale
software businesses.

**About the role**:
As Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible
for driving operational efficiencies during the integration of business
operations in mergers, acquisitions or other major transformations. Your work
will ensure the alignment and optimisation of the company's processes, systems
and resources, promoting the smooth transition and growth of the organisation.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or similar field
- 2-5 years' experience in business transformation, operations, project management or consultancy
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong ability to analyse financial statements
- Consultancy experience, particularly in business operations, process improvement and integration strategies
- Experience in post-acquisition integration (desirable)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital innovation strategies
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies

**Activities**:

- Develop and implement business transformation strategies in line with company objectives
- Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, cost reduction and revenue growth
- Lead business model innovation, process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
- Work with leadership teams to define transformation goals and ensure alignment
- Develop communication and training plans to support smooth transitions
- Evaluate existing workflows, structures and systems to identify inefficiencies
- Implement good practices in project management and continuous improvement
- Define KPIs and monitor the impact of transformation initiatives
- Evaluate and implement technological solutions to improve operations
- Analysing the financial impact of transformation projects and ensuring a return on investment
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
- Support budgeting and forecasting for transformation initiatives
