This layer of control ensures that the product that is shipped meets the expectations of all our customers.

**DESCRIPTION**

The individual will be an integral member of the Sales Team. The individual must have Direct relationships with major retailers in both Canada and the U.S. Experience selling to both the e-commerce and brick and mortar platforms.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Work directly with the US VP Sales and Canadian Sales Managers with the primary goal of growing sales and adding to our already considerable North American account base.
- Search out and establish relationships with New Major Accounts in Canada and the U.S.
- Build our corporate and independent sales rep teams.
- Develop sales plan strategies and execute them successfully
- Monitoring account progress
- Manage new product presentations
- Assist with marketing plans

**DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Established contacts with major Canadian and U.S. retail accounts
- Import / Distribution of Furniture and Home Decor
- Able to work with and understand new systems with ease
- Relevant experience in a related field preferably in a management role
- Minimum: 5-10 years of experience
- Excellent at multi-tasking and highly organized
- Awareness of market trends
- Great attention to detail and thoroughness
- Strong follow up skills and the ability to remain undeterred
