**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate and monitor machinery, including machines, brake machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, maintaining accuracy throughout the process.
- Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure precise fabrication of parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Document production processes and report any discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors.

**Qualifications**
- Proven 1-2 year's experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and CAD software for interpreting technical drawings.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts is desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various hand tools effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
