**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment and farm machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops as per seasonal requirements.
- Perform irrigation tasks to ensure optimal water supply for crops.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming tasks, including maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of farm equipment to identify any mechanical issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm area, including barns, fields, and storage facilities.
- Assist with livestock care, including feeding, watering, and monitoring health conditions.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for transporting materials or products around the farm.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and farm machinery is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks is required.

About us: We are a father and son owned dairy farm. We milk 120 cows on 2 DeLeval robots.

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
