BU2 Filtration & Eng. Peripherals**Your Roles and Responsibilities**

As a **Production Operator in the Temporary Labour Pool**, you will be working in our manufacturing plant located in Tilbury, Ontario, alongside the 401 Highway.

In this role you will be expected to quickly learn and continuously demonstrate key elements of our work culture:

These are light assembly jobs requiring you to be on your feet. We require you to wear steel toe safety shoes, and we will provide hearing protection, and safety glasses. You may be assigned to trim, assemble and pack plastic parts utilizing automated equipment, and at the same time you will:

- Inspect 100% of part production
- Learn, understand, and complete document charts - SPC
- Complete quality checks of product
- Identify product defects and notify appropriate personnel
- Notify assigned personnel of any equipment, material, or process method’s issues and concerns
- Conduct gauging, product inspection and testing as per control plan

The schedule is Monday to Friday on a 3-shift, 2 week rotation. You will be expected to accept overtime work when asked, paid at time and a half, which includes Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory holidays. Shift premium pay for afternoon and midnight shifts.
