Expected to open in early 2025, the Queens Cue, Marriott Tribute Collection is seeking a pre-opening General Manager for this historic, boutique hotel with full-service restaurant & bar. In this role, the General Manager will craft, create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a vision that inspires the associates to do their best. Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with hotel's profitability goals.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- 3-5 years' experience as a hotel General Manager or equivalent experience
- Marriott experience is a PLUS.
- Working knowledge of financial/accounting procedures
- Experience with project management on large scale renovations, pre-openings or transitions a plus.
