**Job Duties**:

- Perform grass cutting and weed-wacking services on EPC/Rise Property Solutions portfolio of properties. Properties are located in the Hamilton core as well as on the Hamilton Mountain
- Routine maintenance services on customer properties as per EPC/Rise standards to include grass cutting, weed-wacking, general clean up, according to site-specific details.
- Utilization of and proficiency with company property such as the lawn mower, weed wacker and company truck turf
- Ensuring properties are maintained to the high level of quality that is expected
- Maintain safe work practices and procedures on every site
- Identifying landscape related issues within the accounts that you service, recording those issues and reporting them to your Property Manager
- Going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring company policies, health & safety requirements and procedures are followed and adhered to at all times

**Working Conditions**:

- Duties will primarily be outdoors and may include regular exposure to varying weather conditions i.e. wet and/or humid conditions, hot and cold temperatures
- Typical working hours from April - October are 9am - 5pm, 3 days per work week, between Monday-Friday.
- Physical demands include but may not be limited to standing, walking, sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid driver's license with clean drivers abstract
- Desire to work in landscape industry
- Proficiency with turf and lawn care equipment

Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$23.00 per hour

- Class G Licence (preferred)
