We are currently recruiting **Journeyperson and Apprentice Carpenters** to join the team at one of the** Enmax Substation **projects in** Calgary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to comprehend blueprint readings and prepare layouts
- Understand industrial concrete forming, be able to build concrete forms, and other structures
- Complete rough and finishing carpentry tasks, while utilizing appropriate math skills
- Checks accuracy of work, and makes adjustments as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Preference will be given to a Journeyperson Carpenter ticket from a recognized provincial training authority; Non-ticketed carpenters must provide proof of hours relevant to the industrial carpentry trade
- Registered Carpenter Apprentice
- Experience with concrete formwork required
- Certification needed, CSTS & WHMIS 2015
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Describe and point out safety compliance and regulatory issues
