**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
- Educate students on water safety practices and the importance of swimming skills.
- Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each student.
- Monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to enhance their skills.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on best practices in swim instruction.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a swim instructor or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to demonstrate various techniques effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate students clearly and patiently.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or Lifeguarding is a plus but can be obtained upon hiring.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their swimming journey is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour
