**Key Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Be able to sand and prep and prime material for finishing
- Should be familiar with post-cat lacquers and other solvent base related materials
- Mark, record, and report defects.

**Requirements**:

- Must have previous experience with paint spray, spray stains, wiping stains, solid colors (Including primer), and clear coats (sealer and lacquer)
- High quality attention to detail with a critical eye for identifying defects
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
- Time management skills.
- Commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to readily determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do a job.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor.

**Work Conditions**
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 lbs.
- General Paint Room / Spray Room conditions.
- Interaction with management, colleagues
- Frequently noisy working environment.
- Overtime as required.
- Use of PPE

**Experience**:

- Cabinet Painting / Staining / Finishing: 3 years (required)

**Salary**: $19.24-$28.89 per hour
