**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- The Barista Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Preparing high-quality coffee and specialty drinks iced and hot
- Operate the POS system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with food preparation and serving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining space.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a coffee shop preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling.
- Barista experience, latte art is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
