Trafa Pharmaceutical Inc. is a natural health product manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality health products. We are looking for motivated ON-CALL **Packaging Associates**to join our growing team and support our packaging line operations in a GMP-regulated environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor packaging line equipment (bottle fillers, stick pack, cappers, labelers, etc.)
- Perform setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of packaging machinery
- Inspect packaging materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Accurately complete production and packaging documentation (batch records, logs)
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sanitation of equipment and work surfaces
- Report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
- Assist with inventory of packaging materials and components
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as part of the production team

**Qualifications**
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25-50 lbs as required
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset
