**JOB SUMMARY - STORE MANAGER**

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be accountable for representing the Frank And Oak brand, leading an engaged team, meeting key performance indicators in order to drive sales, and profitability objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop an engaged and motivated team
- Achieve sales objectives by attaining key performance indicators
- Oversee visual setups and ensure a consistent level of visual standards
- Oversee inventory management and accountable for shrink results
- Oversee the daily operations of a retail business
- Build community network through events and in-store activations
