**The Opportunity**:
Nuovo Artistic Photography is looking for a Financial Compliance Analyst who is passionate about upholding financial integrity and ensuring meticulous adherence to our financing priorities. This role is crucial for maintaining transparency and trust with our third-party financing partners and our internal stakeholders. You will work closely with various operational teams and our Finance Department, playing a key role in validating transactions, reporting on financial activities, and identifying potential discrepancies.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a Financial Compliance Analyst, your core responsibilities will include:
**Ensuring Financial Adherence & Validation**:
- Reviewing screen recordings and studio footage to confirm that all financing priorities and procedures were diligently followed.
- Validating all purchases made in the studio by meticulously checking transactions on merchant portals, verifying that invoices precisely match actual charges, and confirming that dashboard data aligns with both.
- Compiling accurate and timely reports for our third-party financing partners, such as ClarityPay, upon demand.
**Monitoring & Reporting Financial Activity**:
- Reporting suspicious activity, patterns, and incidents to executives promptly and thoroughly.
- Closely working with our Finance Department to efficiently address any paperwork or financing errors.

**Who You Are**:
You are an organized, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with a passion for financial accuracy and a keen eye for compliance. You are adept at identifying discrepancies and are eager to contribute to a company's financial well-being.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial analysis, compliance, or auditing support role.
- A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and a demonstrated ability to confidently navigate various financial software and merchant portals.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Perfectly fluent in English. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered a notable asset.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience with financial auditing or fraud detection.
- Familiarity with various payment processing systems and merchant portals.
- Experience with data analysis methods to compile, display, track, and analyze financial trends.
- A proven track record of identifying and implementing process enhancements in a financial context.
