***Responsibilities**
- Track all Service Truck projects and progress.
- Maintain all fleet related documents and files (paper copy and electronic).
- Post all invoices in account payables.
- Complete any re-billing applicable and necessary per location and unit.
- Review, maintain, and process any invoices related to the leased vehicle program.
- Review and process any invoices related to fuel consumption per location and unit.
- Oversee vehicle licensing, licence plate renewals, and transfer details.
- Complete GPS invoicing per location and unit.
- Work with insurance and registration documents as needed.
- Pick up and deliver parts and/or transport vehicles if needed (rare occurrences).

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract; G license an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact with a wide variety of individuals and personalities.
- Organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Passionate about customer service.
- Preferred previous experience working with fleet programs.
- Strong working knowledge in Excel and MS Office Programs
