**Position Overview**: As a licensed broker, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate their insurance needs, providing tailored solutions and building long-term relationships. Whether your license is RIBO or OTL, we are eager to welcome professionals who are passionate about the insurance industry and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Quote, bind, and renew insurance policies across various lines of business.
- Educate clients on insurance options and coverage specifics.
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- RIBO/OTL license (must be active and in good standing).
- Proven experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Client-focused with a dedication to delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in insurance software/systems and basic computer skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
