CodeBoxx plans to expand into multiple markets simultaneously, increasing its in-house ability to deliver projects via billable hours to its partners and clients throughout North America.

The QA Analyst is responsible for the testing phase of the production process to ensure that final products meet the company standards. Duties include identifying whether products are functional, reliable and meet the end user's expectations. The QA Analyst should be able to identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand fundamental concepts of software testing
- Promote efficient and effective communication by using a common vocabulary for software testing
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
- Contribute effectively in reviews
- Use established techniques for designing tests at all test levels
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
- Understand test management principles for resources, strategies, planning, project control, and risk management
- Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
- Understand the value that software testing brings to stakeholders
- Appreciate how testing activities and work products align with project objectives, measures, and targets
- Assist in the selection and implementation process of testing tools
- Implement best practices & playing a central role in project deliveries
- Collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team being familiar with principles and basic practices of Agile software development
- Support the Agile team in planning all test-related activities

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ work experience in quality assurance in a software development environment
- Knowledge of API Testing
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or ISTQB certification (CTFL or CTFL-AT) or above certifications or equivalences will be a definite advantage
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
