- Responsible for pre-shift set-up
- Completes and maintain daily reports, documents, and checklists.
- Actively participates in group meetings, line meetings, and manager meetings.
- Works with the Quality control department to ensure product quality & food safety in terms of SOP’s and GMP’s and follow HACCP program.
- Ensures staff are wearing appropriate PPE for their position.
- Maintains healthy and respectful communication with fellow staff members and stakeholders.
- Creates a positive work environment.
- Ensures efficiency on the production line in terms of yields, dressing and downtime.
- Makes health and safety a top priority.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to team members.
