MeeT is seeking a regular, full-time **Multi-Unit Operations Manager**. This position provides a wide range of support to the _Senior Operations Manager and Owners_, including implementing and overseeing process changes, supporting company strategy and helping ensure the locations have all the equipment, supplies and product they need to run a successful service. This role also provides mentorship and guidance to the General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers.
**Responsibilities**
- Creates and fosters excellent staff culture and high job satisfaction
- Provides direct leadership and contribute to the growth of our restaurant Managers by coaching to maintain a culture of TeeM work, respect, and drive
- Learns or teaches something from every negative review received. Turns negative reviews into positive learning experiences for oneself and the staff
- Looks to create new systems and business strategies and thinks critically about current systems to keep in a constant state of evolution using best practices
**Qualifications**
- Multi-Unit management experience
- Compassionate, emotionally intelligent and strong interpersonal skills
- Organization, time management, and self-starter skills
- Dedicated, reliable, thorough, detail-oriented
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Reliable transportation to all current and new locations in the Lower Mainland
