Solar Sales Associate

**Job Summary**: As a Solar Sales Associate at GreenAmp Solar & Energy Inc., you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing them with information about our solar products and the benefits of transitioning to solar energy. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer needs, preparing quotes, demonstrating products, and offering after-sales support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through methods such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- **Promotional Activities**: Distribute flyers and other marketing materials in targeted areas to raise awareness about our solar solutions.
- **Event Participation**: Represent GreenAmp at trade shows, community events, and other promotional gatherings to generate leads and educate attendees about the benefits of solar energy.
- **Customer Consultation**: Meet with potential clients to discuss their energy needs, conduct site assessments, and provide customized solar solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the advantages of our solar products and services.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Develop and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates and potential savings, tailored to each customer's requirements.
- **Sales Process Management**: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- **After-Sales Support**: Maintain relationships with clients post-sale, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
- **Solar Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of solar energy products, installation processes, and industry trends.
- **Electrical Experience**: Familiarity with electrical systems and components related to solar installations is highly desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to customers.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to build rapport with potential customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- **Self-Motivation**: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and attend events.
- **Transportation**: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for conducting site visits and attending events.
Pay: $40,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
