We are searching for a Beauty Artist to join our elite team of women, based out of our Vancouver studio, dedicated providing each guest with an empowering experience that inspires confidence and celebrates individuality.

**_What You'll Do:_**
- **Empower Through Connection**:Build meaningful relationships with guests by understanding their stories, preferences, and vision, creating a welcoming and empowering environment in the studio.
- **Resilience & Adaptability**: You thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt to every challenge with grace.
- **Guest Experience**: Serve as both a guide and an ambassador of luxury, ensuring every guest feels seen, celebrated, and valued throughout their session.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with the studio team to ensure seamless experiences, from the initial introduction to product delivery, embodying the Nuovo values of artistry and excellence.
- **Self-Love**:Providing confidence through emphasizing an individual's natural beauty and features.
- **Exceptional Artistry**: Demonstrate excellent talent of the following skills:
- Basic hair (curls, waves, straight)
- Natural to Glam makeup up (dependent on the individual)
- Be a caring ear and make our customers comfortable and confident
- Maintain perfect hygiene of the makeup station
- Skin prep
- Color matching
- Active listening

**Requirements**:
**_ Qualifications & core competencies?_**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing makeup counter role
- Specializes in photography makeup
- Must be an expert in skin tone color matching, as well as face and eye shape
- Highly efficient & well-versed in fast execution
- Highly organized and detail-oriented in regard to hygiene
- MUA Certification & Professional Portfolio

**_Salary & Hours?_**
- Starting rate of $23/hour
- Est. 20 to 40 hours per week **_(at-will employment)_** - _hours are not guaranteed_
- In-Person ONLY
- MUST be available to work 4 to 5 days a week, weekends, and evenings
