We are currently looking to add a Field Technical Supervisor to our team The Field Technical Supervisor will offer hands-on leadership and supervision, in the field, that will help our technicians grow professionally, providing the best service for our customers. This position offers the potential advancement to a Service Manager **Why Join our Team**: - Competitive pay - Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance - Retirement benefits - PTO - Paid Holidays - Winning team atmosphere - Profit Sharing - Birthday off with Pay **Responsibilities**: - Monitor the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work of technicians - Supervise teams of technicians, oversee workers, and perform inspections on work orders - Assess technician performance to make suggestions to improve employee overall performance - Train technicians in proper techniques to ensure each job is completed properly **Requirements**: - Must have prior HVAC experience - Experience with Service Titan is a preferred but not mandatory - Prior team lead or supervisory experience is preferred but not required - Ability to multi-ask, work under pressure, problem solve, and handle multiple projects - Team player & able to work effectively with other departments - Strong work ethic with numerical ability & reasoning skills **Please submit your resume for consideration** Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care - VRSP Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Lethbridge, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - Do you have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record? - Do you have experience leading a team? - How many years of HVAC experience do you have?
