**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs
- Assist students in understanding complex concepts in Math and Computer Science
- Develop lesson plans and educational materials that align with curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation
- Collaborate with parents and teachers to support student learning goals
- Utilize computer skills to enhance tutoring sessions, including the use of educational software and online resources

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is required
- Proven tutoring experience, particularly in Math and Physics and Chemistry, is highly desirable
- Classroom experience or teaching background is a plus
- Familiarity with special education practices is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong computer skills to facilitate effective tutoring sessions
