**We are seeking a dedicated Flatbed Driver to join our team**
This individual will play a crucial role in delivering hardscape supplies to our customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. If you enjoy being on the road, have experience handling building materials, and take pride in excellent customer service, we invite you to apply
**Key ResponsibilitiesSafe & Efficient Deliveries**:
- Operate a flatbed truck to transport and deliver landscape and hardscape supplies.
- Ensure materials are secured properly and delivered in a safe manner.
- Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws while driving.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
**Customer Service & Order Fulfillment**:
- Deliver orders accurately and on schedule to contractors, homeowners, and job sites.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service upon delivery.
- Assist in offloading materials using proper equipment such as a forklift, Moffett, or by hand when necessary.
- Communicate any delays or issues with dispatch and customers as needed.
**Yard & Inventory Assistance**:
- Help load and secure deliveries at the yard before departure.
- Assist with inventory organization and stocking when required.
- Maintain a clean and well-kept truck and work area.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to lift and move up to **75 lbs.** as needed.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capable of securing loads and assisting with unloading when required.
**Qualifications Required**:
- **Valid DZ or AZ Driver’s License** (with a clean driving record).
- Experience driving **flatbed trucks** and handling heavy materials.
- Familiarity with securing and transporting **landscape and hardscape supplies** such as:
- **Interlocking stone**:
- **Aggregates (limestone, HPB, etc.)**:
- **Soils and mulches**:
- **Armour stone**:
- **Landscape accessories**:
- Experience operating **forklifts, Moffetts, or loaders** (certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of safe loading and transport regulations.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
