**What you'll achieve with us**
- Supervise a multidisciplinary project team;
- Coordinate the work of various external collaborators;
- Prepare feasibility studies, functional and technical programs, budget studies and cost estimates for projects;
- Coordinate plans, construction details and supervision of execution work;
- Organize the drafting of technical specifications and documents required for construction approvals and permits;
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations;
- Develop work plans;
- Produce deliverable schedules, allocate tasks and coordinate project teams.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Architecture;
- Member of the Ordre des Architectes du Québec (OAQ);
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of architecture;
- Extensive experience in public market an asset;
- Project management experience in excess of $175 million;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office;
- Autonomous and proactive in the search for solutions;
- Good communication skills with various stakeholders;
- Good stress management and ability to manage several files simultaneously;
- Bilingualism (spoken and written).
