Parts Counter Person Battery Specialist

Located in Stittsville

We will train you as a battery and power solution specialist: no previous experience is required.

We currently have 1 starting position available as a counter sales/warehouse battery power solution specialist to work in the sale of batteries and other related power accessories.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
This is a small business atmosphere, so each person will have many roles. We are looking for a specific person who will fit well with our current team. This person must understand the importance of working in a team and must understand that other team members will rely on this person to be responsible for his role in the company and have a regular attendance to work.

Full Time:
Base Salary Range $38,400.00 - $41,000 (depending on experience)

If you have had pervious customer service experience such as working at Home Depot or Lowes or Canadian Tire or an Auto Parts store we would pay you at the higher range

Commission on applicable inventory items (After a year of service and gained product experience you should be averaging no less than $2,000 per year in commission sales at the bare minimum).

Monthly sales target bonus of $300 per month if the monthly sales target is met.

Co-pay 50-50 Group Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Benefits after 6 months of employment.

Group RRSP matching benefits program after a full year of service details will be presented at that time.

3 paid personal days after 6 months of service.

Potential for advancement in the future for the qualified responsible individual

No evening work, Monday to Friday. There is also a Sat shift 9-2 pm during winter season (Aug-Mar) and a Sat 9-5 during summer season (Mar-July) when you get more experience
