**Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed.
- Assist customers with locating their vehicles and provide information about available inventory.
- Perform vehicle inspections and ensure all vehicles are in good condition for display.
- Manage the parking of vehicles efficiently, including moving cars as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dealership.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Experience in a dealership environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A background in hospitality can be beneficial for providing top-notch service.
